CROWDSPENDING: Crowdspending’s mission

Crowdspending’s mission is to tilt the balance of power back towards the people whose spending turns the wheels of the economy. That’s us.

Crowdspending does this by focusing on products that millions of us already spend our money on every day, consolidating our spending so that we become more powerful together than we could ever be alone.

Seventy cents of every dollar in the American economy comes from our spending. Why aren’t we calling the shots? Crowdspending can generate hundreds and even thousands of dollars in Bonuses for every household as more of us switch to more products as they are made available, adding up to billions of dollars every year for the overall Crowd.

Crowdspending is a revolution powered by you.

CROWDSPENDING: What’s the difference between a Discount or better pricing, a Rebate and a Bonus?

As a Crowdspender, you get Discounts in the form of better pricing on some products when you switch. If you’re given a quote as part of the switching process, you’ll be able to see what percentage you save for buying with the Crowd. Rebates are cash sums you get for switching that show up in your Crowdspending Wallet.

Discounts and Rebates add up to the total Bonus get for buying with the Crowd.

The Rebates you get for switching and the number of products you switched to get them will show up in your Crowdspending Wallet.

CROWDSPENDING: How does Crowdspending tip the power balance in our favor?

Money is power. We provide all the money, so let’s get us some power! By using your spending to put money into your hands, Crowdspending makes it possible for people to come together and meet those who hold the power in America today on a more level playing field. Together, we are the trillionaires.

CROWDSPENDING: Can I join and not switch?

You can, but if you do, nothing happens. No Bonus. No change. No impact.

CROWDSPENDING: What Does Crowdspending Support?

Crowdspending supports you and what you choose to do with your Bonuses. We believe in the wisdom of the crowd and you deciding how best to spend your money. We are not in any way affiliated with any non-profit or organization that you might see featured on the Crowdspending site. If you want to donate or pledge to them, that’s great. If you want to donate elsewhere, that’s great too.

CROWDSPENDING: Why these Products?

We’re offering the kind of products and services that millions of us are already buying every year in billion dollar industries. It’s that massive scale of buying and spending that lets Crowdspending work its magic and generate Bonuses on what we spend when we spend with the Crowd.

CROWDSPENDING: How does Crowdspending choose Vendors?

Prior to beginning discussion with Vendor partners, we looked at several aspects of their business, such as customer service, corporate social responsibility, employee satisfaction and value of the rebate they can offer.

Value of Bonus

The value of the rebate or discount that you get is important because the bigger the overall Bonuses that is generated for you, the more that you can do - whether that’s personally or to achieve national or global change.

Customer Satisfaction

We only consider companies with a commitment to providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction and a proven record in doing so. We want to make sure our members are getting the best possible service and products. The bigger the Crowd, the more valuable we are to our partners and the better service we will receive. Crowdspending will not be running wireless companies or providing you with your insurance products, so we want to partner with companies who will be able to handle any issues you may have and treat each individual Crowdspender as an important person.

Corporate Responsibility

Ethical behavior and environmental and social responsibility are important to both Crowdspending and its members. We look to partner with companies that have demonstrated leadership and results in being good corporate citizens.

CROWDSPENDING: Can I go into a vendor’s store and buy Crowdspending products?

No, at this time no can do. For now, Crowdspending is strictly online but we have a plan to change that soon so that we not only make these products available to buy in stores but expand our offerings that get you a Bonus in certain brick and mortar stores also.

CROWDSPENDING: How does Crowdspending make money?

Vendors pay us an introduction fee whenever you switch to buying a product or service with the Crowd. Our role is to act as an agent to you and the Crowd where we are representing you to get you the best service, products, Bonuses and benefits. Like any organization, the more people and influence you have behind you, the more your needs tend to be met.

CROWDSPENDING: I have a good idea. How can I get it funded?

You might be right for our Builder Program. Take a look here

CROWDSPENDING: What if I already have the products you offer from the company making them available to the Crowd?

Stay with us! We are adding new products all the time. Another one will be along in a minute.

CROWDSPENDING: Where is the money in my Crowdspending Wallet held?

When rebates are paid from our vendors to our members, the payment is sent to a bank where the money is held in trust for the members in their personal account or Wallet. You can safely leave it in your Crowdspending Wallet and watch your rebates stack up until you want to give or receive.

Rebates will show up in your Wallet at least 24 hours after you’ve made the switch. It takes it takes a further 30 – 60 days for the money to be credited to your account for you to use. You can give it or request to receive it before then, and the transfers will take place as soon as the money is available.

For security reasons, when you submit a request to receive money, we send you an email and give you 72 hours to notify us if you haven’t submitted that payment request.

SWITCHING: Can I call Verizon Wireless and switch to Crowdspending over the phone?

No. Switch to Verizon Wireless through the Crowdspending site to make sure you get your Rebate and to see your switch show up on your Crowdspending Wallet.
